Good

Great facilities, good security - you could always see them patrolling. Felt safe in the area. Lots of options for pools. Shop had most of what you would need. Friendly service.

Do many petty rules, No entertainment for young teenagers, at night time. Felt like you were visiting an old age home

Place is nice, staff amazing...

We booked for a dam cabin but was told upon arrival that it was taken by other people because they booked via telephone and after us so we lost it because our booking was online... Madness And activities where fully booked was also told then we should have booked prior, one will appreciate such info to be available earlier. As a black person you feel it especially when going to the swimming area, literally we still have white people who will walk out when different color walks in only 20% of white people will actually greet you back or be happy to have a conversation with you so be alert to that

Comfortable and great

The atmosphere-we enjoyed it! The room was cleaned every day, the bed was nice and spacious and comfortable and there was an AC which was a bonus in this hot weather! The staff was incredible

The bathroom door was see through-so we had to use a towel to cover the glass. You could hear all the kids screaming in the hallway as well as everyone speaking.

The facilities were amazing. The room was clean... I would recommend this place to anyone indeed of a family feel getaway place. Breakfast..ohhh amazing..pls give the chef a raise..waiter nd waitresses checking on us making sure all is good..exceptional service..Malome was also amazing at adventure ride with lots of info on the few animals we came across

The white ladies at reception can try be more welcoming, I had to go straight to a black lady as no one looked up when we walked in.... they all stared down with serious faces, same atmosphere when I returned the keys to check out. That really gives the place a sour feel yet its the best place to be..please be so kind to request the ladies to welcome all guests the same way.
