Majority of staff in the restaurant were rude and unhelpful. Re-using paper place mat, serviette and knife from previous customer. I had to ask them to replace with clean unused serviette and knife. Also one of the female staff members told my husband off for not having a place mat under his bowl. She also pushed a trolley of dirty dishes straight at me and very sarcastically said thank you when I stopped. Staff attitudes were not what was expected of Greece or a 4* hotel.
One night we ordered room service as I wasnt feeling well. I ordered chicken fillet and chips. I checked that it was plain. When it arrived, the chicken was covered in mustard sauce and the chips became spicy wedges. I washed the sauce off in boiling water and Wwe had to ask them to bring plain chips instead of spicy wedges!
Didnt like paper cups for tea & coffee in room. Prefer china cups or mugs.
Didnt like shower curtain as it smelt moldy, so obviously not changed from person before us.
Robes in room were small and quite tatty really. Im a UK size 10 and it barely went round me!
Also location wasnt great. On an exceptionally busy & noisy main road with a 15 minute walk to Metro.
To be honest, it wasnt the same as other 4* hotels weve stayed in. It was very busy and I think the hotel cut corners in certain areas.
