A quiet, practical and art-decorated place near the main attractions of Athens

The house already has free parking in its name, and if you don't know the situation in a city, you will soon understand that the parking options it offers you are far above any standard. While this is a super practical benefit, it's not the main reason to stop here. Staying in it is like staying in a small gallery, with a tasteful selection of paintings and other elements (we were also impressed by the design of the toaster), which Vasilis personally selected and installed here. The house is clean, spacious for the center of Athens and equipped with all the practical tools you need. And it has its own manual and it is unique. It is not a classic quick hotel manual as you may know; its creator made sure that it contained all the information regarding the use of the apartment, but also many recommendations on how to enjoy its surroundings (on his recommendation, we stopped at a nearby restaurant Mylolithos and the food was excellent, only a few steps away from it is a relatively large supermarket where you can get everything you need, on Vasilisa's advice we visited Schinias beach and enjoyed it as well). Check it out as soon as you arrive, it will save you a lot of searching. Above that Vasilis promptly answered our other questions (via whatsapp or e-mail). The proximity to classic tourist magnets - the Acropolis or a romantic dinner in the ruins of old Greek buildings - is also an advantage. Don't drive your car though, it must be a real pain (we didn't try). Uber works excellently in the city, you can get a taxi even on Sunday morning or late Saturday night within 3 minutes and the trip from home or back will not cost you more than 10 euros.

The villa had everything we needed! Comfortable bed rooms with a spacious living room area and a decent kitchen!

In a quite neighborhood, close to the city but also far enough away!

Oasis in the city

Everything is brand new decor and nicely styled. Loved the parking lot with fence so our dog could go around outside but not leave the property!

Not sure where the 2nd bathroom is located since it says that in headline? But we didnt need one so no worries.

It was our first day of the vacation and it started off well.

There was no breakfast.And the hosts did not claim to serve breakfast.The towels & linen was very clean.The toilet was clean.The kitchen was quite well loaded.I still cant pronounce my hosts name,but he was a nice gentleman.See you next year.God bless.

Perfect accomodation to visit Athen if you arrive by car.

It was perfect accomodation to visit Athen. Public transport is 10 minutes walk. The apartment was really clean, spacious and well equipped. Parking place was very important for us, we could leave the car here.
