Beautiful decor but you are left feeling like you have just booked a room.

The decor is exceptional.

I think the GM is unfriendly, inattentive and unhelpful. There was never anyone around downstairs to ask for help. We looked for ice....couldnt find any. Our room had rooibos caps instead of coffee and no milk. We asked to leave our car until 1200 so we could uber to closest mall for safety reasons and no one offered to assist with our luggage. We had to keep our luggage in the car outside.
