Property was in main area and easily accessible

Little costly. No breakfast for the price paid. When ordered, the food was served cold. It seems the food from the buffet was served.

Disappointing

Book only if you want to stay awake with loud music played at the hotel bar

Spacious suite Otherwise, average property. Not worth the cost.

My suite (#112) was right above the bar, where loud music is played from the evening, which gets lounder and unbearable in the night. It is so loud that the walls shake. And, the room description on booking.com says the room is "silent"! I couldn't sleep all 3 nights till late because of the noise. Repeated complaints to reception did not help. Instead, I was asked to change the room at night! No paid TV channels are available. If you want to watch a channel, staff will come and subscribe to it for a day. Wifi was patchy.

So terrible, I can't believe they are in business.

The hotel looks nice and clean

First, they gave me a non AC room for Rs 2800. Then the windows didn't open. So, the room was suffocating. Then, after arguments they gave me another non AC room where windows could be opened but then millions of mosquitos walked in. I slept zero minutes and checked out at 6am out of frustration and took another hotel. Nowhere they said it was a non AC room. Only when I threatened and took a video that it was illegal to give a room without ventilation, they changed to the openenable window but mosquito filled room. Very poorly behaving staff!

Superb

Booking experience not good, but hotel was OK.

I booked this hotel as I already knew about it and stayed before.

No complaint about hotel. But I did not like your (booking.com) mobile App. It created an issue and confusion after reaching hotel. I never expected that after using booking.com for several years. I was disappointed.
