Good

I think it is difficult to judge the hotel on our experience as it was new year's day when we left.

Breakfast was very basic.

We had an early start and no staff were there to help us exit the carpark as there were problems with the machine which was going to charge us 40 rather than 18. This actually meant a delay of 30 mins which made my wife late for work. She was the only senior nurse on duty . A serious issue.

Exceptional

An excellent stay

Excellent situation. My request to check in early was accommodated readily. Staff were warm and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was most acceptable.

Nothing. My stay was everything I had hoped for.

Poor

Charming hotel but has a few issues that need addressing: plumbing noise and wifi.

The room and the staff.

Plumbing made loud throbbing sounds off and on all night, and the night desk clerk was unable to solve the problem except temporarily. Also, I could not get on to the wifi. The link on the login screen to contiue to the internet didn't work.

A perfect place for a one night stop and a visit to the Botanical Garden light show

Well placed 15 minutes walk to the town. easy to get to and from as it is on the ring road.

close to the town center convenient to get in and a good location for the price with a car park for use

unfortunately when having breakfast that had been booked for were told that it was not included even though stated on the booking that it was, offered an orange juice and had to go else where as not given an alternative

Central location, clean, nice comfy rooms

Breakfast was chaotic, had to ask for anything we needed, cutlery, coffee etc. These things should have been on the table or brought to us like any other guesthouse/hotel. Reception staff just training so didnt know much.
