Superb

The apartment was clean and the host or company was in constant contact with me via Whatsapp throughout our 3 night stay. The missing remote air controller was immediately replaced. The view from the apartment was excellent..could see all the iconic towers in the city center.

1. Only 1 access card and key was provided. So, there was a lot of inconvenience when the 3 of us want to leave and return to the apartment at different times. 2. There was no washing machine and clothes dryer but not a big issue compared to the first one mentioned above.

I'm so shocked when other residents brings their.pets (bull dog)! . So I think for Muslim should think twice before u choose. Think wisely.

Inconvenient, complicated and time-consumed to check-in the room.

House facilities provided was fair, button-down.

No drinking water supply. Expected at least 2-4 bottles of 500 ml drinking water or mineral water for guest. Guest would buy their needed drinking water from store after they settled down at the room. Check-in progress was consumed of time. It took me 1 hour to reach my room. Spent 30 mins to Q-up at security room for entrance registration. Very complicated way to reach our room. Only specified lift can reach to specific floor, and from this floor you have to do lift transit to your block. Lift transit journey is not short, you have to walk pass by the swimming pool area, unfortunately, it was rained day, we had to pull our luggage and ran in the rain to pass by the swimming pool area to reach our block. When i reached my room, i found management given a wrong key to me. After communicated with them, their "best solution" were we had to pulled our luggage and went back to the mailbox room to change the key from their worker. So, again, we had to went-through again the "long journey" in the rain. Spend at least 10 mins to walk in the car-park to reach your car which parked at the car park lot provided. No direct lift can reach my car park floor, walked go to lower floor to reach my car.
