Disappointing

Don't always trust what you read during booking, better call up first. Bad surprises.

Good location. Easy to check-in. Pharmacy, convenience store, restaurants all nearby.

Found out the room i booked is without a window and the front desk didnt suggest any upgrade option. A bit claustrophobic staying in a windowless room. Cleanliness in the room could be better - coffee tray area has cobwebs, bidet faucet dripping with water, the body shampoo not filled up (in the end i used my own), bed sheet has stains. For the price i paid, i felt this room is over-priced and definitely didnt meet up with my expectation.
