Very friendly and service minded staff. Big room, nice balcony, mini bar, safety box and quite comfortable beds. Very good location, close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. Nice pool areas, fantastic view of the town, harbour and mountains from the roof top pool area

Hard cushion, no duvet, nasty 'whistling' sound through the doors of the balcony when the wind started to blow in the evening and throughout the night (hard to sleep).

Great stay

Less then a 5 minute walk with a suitcase from the port you'll see the hotel.I was greeted to happy reception staff even though early they checked me in and upgraded my room. My room was big and clean with a large bathroom plus balcony. The hotel offers a number of services, during my stay I used the thermal pool. They also have a bar which is handy to indulge with a drink after a long day walking around. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a variety of sweet and savoury. I recommend this hotel because of its location close to port, bus terminal and shops and great staff.

Excellent location on the Port -value for money.

Great central location at the port. Lorenzo and also the young lady with long day hair on the front desk was excellent - great customer service. Reasonable value for money. Rooftop rooms have a large terrace and our room was spacious. The rooms could do with a makeover but considering the price, this is reflective. Rooms very clean.

Facilities are getting a bit tired. Lack of pillows and ones provided very flat.
