Good

$450. for 20 hours is ridiculous, but its on the beach and they had vacancy.

Right on the beach! Floor was new and room & bath were newly painted. Everything else was old.

Sofa looked like it was 60 years old-we covered it with our sheets; same with bedding. We used our own pillows/blankets. Fridge was very old/rusty, same with kitchen table/chairs.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty floor, deadbolt lock didn't work, no phone, no box of facial tissues, overpriced and just old shabby decor.

Passable

Overall good value, but needs serious maintenance and upgrades.

Location was great, directly touching the beach.

Property boasts smoke free but smell of cigarettes and marijuana were all over from sun up to sun down. Cigarette butts were all over. When complained to front desk, was told they dont enforce.

The reviews had me nervous but I also know how picky people can be when traveling to beach towns. We have been in Room 305 for 3 nights.. leave tomorrow. Room was clean. Fridge worked. Ac bumped. We read reviews and brought blankets pillows and towels. Kitchen supplies. Went to the local Acme. Cooked. Comfort for a steal of a price with amazing Ocean View from the balcony. None of the complaints I saw were accurate to our stay. It's a old school place to stay and steps onto the beach.

Very good

I would recommend this motel!

Our room was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I loved that we had an ocean view. The kitchenette and full refrigerator came in handy. The pool was great and clean too.

The pillows were flat.
