Great stay in the Alps.

Staff, Andrea & Marcell, were very helpful. Appt was spacious, bathrooms good, kitchen well equipped. Convenient location, view fabulous.

Washing machine and dryer were not in the apartment as listed, only available in complex.

Big apartment,walking distance from restaurants and facilities

Not enough parking slot for all guest. The bunk bed room: ceiling is too low and it was impossible even for a kid to sleep on the upper bed. So they states its a 8 beds apartment, but only 7 beds are ok. Price expensive, would be good to have had at least breakfast included (15chf adults)

The View and the facilities.

The unpleasant staff during checkin. Not friendly and pretending dont understand our accent. He even questioning and blaming as deemed fault not pre-declare 3 toddlers under 2years old checkin along with the parents. I believe this info can be settled pleasantly during checkin without any drama.

Excellent place to stay in Grindelwald

We stayed the first night in the Jungfrau lodge and the second night in the apartment (both in the same building). We wished we had booked both nights at the apartment as it was incredibly cozy and felt like home. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was nice having two bathrooms. We especially enjoyed having a large living room with a sofa to lounge around and hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals and it was a nice treat to have a coffee machine with capsules. The buffet breakfast is not included but available for a reasonable fee. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful with all our questions.
