Exceptional

Our apartment was lovely, spacious, immaculately clean and very comfortable.

The location of the apartment is perfect. It is large and comfortable and well thought out. The patio was beyond our expectations with amazing views and comfortable furniture. It was more fun to cook in the apartment and dine on the patio than going to the restaurants. We truly loved every minute of our stay and would happily book again.

The staff was incredibly nice with the exception of one very snarky lady who didn't want to give us a second set of keys and told us we didn't need a fan despite a warm spell. Luckily there was another very nice person who made us feel very welcome. Happily, the mean person ignored us when we returned the keys so we interacted with the other lovely people in the office. Just a reminder that it doesn't take much to sour someone's impression.

Very comfortable apartment with beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

Quiet location, but still close to the town and transport links. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views. Spacious apartment.

We were there 12 days, we had to request fresh towels, bedclothes were not changed, no cleaning carried out. They should give an option of either paying for cleaning service or leave sufficient equipment to enable us to carry out what I would consider necessary cleaning e.g. toilets, sinks etc. It is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and the previous time it was cleaned, towels and bedding were changed, so we did not think to ask if this arrangement had changed. The lift to take the car to the underground parking did not work on one day, so had to delay the start to our outing. This also happened the last time we visited.

An old yet spacious apartment in the town center

The apartment is spacious with enough amenity for a long stay The location is central with 3 mins walk to Grindelwald First cable car and 10 mins walk to the train station The price is good compared to other options

The house kinda stinks with old smell from the furniture They have strict rules for leave the water on the bathroom floor. The fine could be up to 400 CHF. We had a 7 night stay and they only provided 1 set of bath towel for each person The instructions are kinda confusing to navigate things such as where to throw the garbage The bed is not comfortable with a big hole single mattresses
