Heating is important to guests coming from places were they are not used to the cold. They kept telling us 21 is normal

Clean place.

Staff was rude and unhelpful when we genuinely needed assistance as the house was too cold and warm air and radiators werent working properly. Think they were saving on their bills as they could control everything remotely and we couldnt do anything. Even remote controls for ACs warm air were taken.

Beautiful location and a fantastic apartment. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is very spacious with an amazing view. There is a beautiful park a short walk away.
