It was a nice stay but I wish I had another bed

the location was in a very good spot. I was very pleased with the staff. Everything I asked for was immediately available. the breakfast was a rich buffet and we were all pleased. the rooms were fully equipped and with quite comfortable beds

i had chosen a 6 bed dorm. unfortunately when I got to the room the two bunks were already occupied by other ladies. I had to share a single bed which was attached to another single bed unfortunately the lady in the next bed didn't let me finish my sleep she also had a problem with me using my mobile

Clean, easy to find. Grocery store nearby. Metro station opposite.

To go by Metro anywhere you have to go to the main HBF to get connections. But that's no fault of the hostel. Easy to use Metro system.

Rooms were ok, comfy beds

The pervasive cigarette odor throughout the hotel was unbearable for me. The staff's service was passable, but they could be more welcoming. I wouldn't suggest this place for non-smokers or families with children due to the unpleasant environment. While there are some nice details scattered around, it seems that the efforts from the head office to maintain quality aren't translating well into the actual hotel management, which falls short of the desired standard.

Good and serve the purpose.

The room is ok for the budget and did not have unrealistic expectations. We rented a room for 6 person and bed is ok. recommend those who need to resolve for night to come . Room has no kettle although the room is for one family size but hot water can be fetched from the lobby . All in all is a good place to meet budget travellers . We stay here for transition to Munich . Security is good but no sure about those who reserved only bed .

There is no kettle in the room although we booked a family room . We fetch hot water from the lobby and yes we are being skipped queue by the staff . Maybe because we are Asians .

Good price and Location!

Cheaper price, good value for students like us. Near to the train and easy to find food!

Can hear sounds form others rooms and people talk in the street. Thats we cant control the sound but they can quite after 10pm if they think people want sleep and tomorrow need to wake up early go to University or work. But they didnt.

Stay away from this place!

Location is good, near the Milchoff subway station. German staff was helpful on a medical emergency we had.

Walls and beds were dirty with stains and had what looked like human fluids! Pillows with lots of stains, and very disconfortable beds. Very noisy, the door on the corridor was banging every time someone went through, all night! Very bad!
