not the best resort but food really enjoyable and most staff were very friendly.

Staff very very friendly and helpful, from security, reception and especially the waiters in the restaurant. A huge thumbs up and thank you to them

1. When we arrived at the room, the first thing we notice how dirty it is on the front of the door with rubbish lying in the bush. 2. The fridge in the room was beyond disgusting, they had to send a cleaner 9 o'clock at night to come and clean the fridge. Have proof and video of the fridge which was sent to their whatsapp, looks like it was taken out of storage and just dumped in the room without cleaning it. 3. the safe was not working we had to call reception to send maintenance to come and check. Luckily, it was only the batteries that needed replacement. 4. A bad smell was coming out of the toilet, we asked maintenance to look into that. He said the next day he will put chemicals to eliminate the smell, the next day it was sorted and smell was gone. 5. no toilet spay provided, had to use my deodorant 6. The shower floor was utterly disgusting and needed scrub, ask reception to take it up housekeeping. 7. The window latch in the bathroom is full of spider webs, dead crawling insects and dusty. Overall the shower area needs proper cleaning 8. Pillows is used up, your head falls right through. I have asked them for more comfortable pillows which they did bring For the price paid, the room was not up all up to standard almost a lack of dont care.

Disappointing

Location and the structure of the establishment. The pool also looked good and big

Level of cleanliness is very poor. Toilets are not cleaned and the linel has stains. Also; the games rooms advertised was closed. We enjoyed nothing in the facility.

Family weekend away

It's a nice resort. My son enjoyed the pool.

The food at resort needs serious attention, 1st night they had boiled chicken OMW, that smell put me off their food, we skipped the 2night because I was so scared to eat there. Breakfast was just okay, I've been to lots of resort and this by far was terrible. The bathroom needs a urgent upgrade.
