Very good

The property was amazing, it looked exactly how it was on booking.com. The environment was refreshing and the stuff were amazing. Jackie at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful with a lot of things that I required.

The internet wasnt as good, most of the time it was on and off so it made communication difficult for someone like me who was an international traveler.

From the security guard, we received a warm and friendly greeting. The staff was quite friendly. The room was clean, as were all of the facilities, and the pool was clean and well-kept. The food is excellent and the vast, gorgeous garden/surroundings is breathtaking.

The rooms are lacking in personality for a four-star resort, particularly the bathroom and toilet, which are devoid of any sense of style. It is highly likely that the bathroom and toilet in your own home are superior to those at the resort. There is no brush for the toilet. It is undeniable that the rooms require a makeover. There were stains on the couch in the room, and it was really uncomfortable. The children playground needs to be improved. Unfortunately, we were never provided with the complimentary bottled water that was supposed to be provided in our rooms. Overall, we would 100% recommend the resort and we would visit again.

The pool is really nice , perfect for kids.

It took too long for check in. The room should be ready at 14:00 but wait until 15:00.

Rooms were clean, all facilities were clean and pools were clean and well maintained.

Didn't appreciate attitude of front desk staff and kids play center really needs a revamp. Absolutely NO VIBE at the pool. You need music and pool side entertainment it was very boring for kids
