Very good

Great value for lads trip!

Location is excellent. Shower is fantastic.

The automated entry system only works sometimes, The staircases are steep and the bed mattress was too big for the frame which made it uneven.

Superb

Clean, comfortable and in the center of Haarlem

We loved that this hotel was in the center of Haarlem. It was close enough to the train station to be able to walk, and close to shops and restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean, and having a mini-fridge was a bonus!

Our room was in the top floor, and we knew that when booking, but just wanted to note that the stairs were indeed pretty steep.

Disappointing

Exhausting!

Clean, good view of church tower. Good location.

Didnt receive key code. Had to work with agent to get in. Spring doors, dangerous. Stairs horrendous. Please warn customers of stairs, before they book.we are senior citizens. Top bed mattress kept falling off.

Poor

Room was great. Clean and nice location.

Bad service. Had to wait one hour for customer support to even be able to enter the building. Suggest dont go unless you have plenty of patience, enough battery on your phone and a way to call a local number for an hour.
