Magic place

This place has a lot of charm. It is located off the beaten track, so we recommend renting a scooter from a gentleman on the same street. The outdoor lounge and small private pool are very inviting for longer stays. The service is extremely friendly and helpful. We appreciated the ability to store our luggage and shower after check-out. It was perfect, we highly recommend it

Wonderful location and stay in Blue Lotus Villa.

We had a wonderful week in Anakhira Villas. The staff were very helpful with all of our requests. We were a group of 4 in Blue Lotus Villa, the view was absolutely incredible. Every night we could watch the stars from the terrace area, which felt very private. We would often hear the very loud music coming from the town filtering up to where we were, and felt very happy to be slightly away from the partying so that we could get good rests. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and since I had to so a little work in my first few days - worth noting that the wifi was fast and the connection great. The location is great, 10/15 minute walk from shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the beach. In fact the bit of the beach that you can get to soonest (through the resorts at the bottom of the hill), is the nicest part of the closest beach, for swimming. The hill to get to the villa is short, but incredibly steep - which is the only thing to factor in. Really recommend booking a taxi for collection via the villa, this taxi was the most reasonably priced that we got during our time there and we used their recommended driver throughout our time in Koh Tao. Have a great stay!

The only thing that could have been a little improvement would have been a big water dispenser, as four people drink a lot and it was a shame to use so many plastic bottles (they did keep dropping off water bottles throughout our stay which was great). Secondly, having some more pots and pans for cooking would be great. We love to cook but were a bit limited with the utensils, however our hosts helped out as much as possible.

Luxurious stay, perfect ending of the holiday

It was spacious in and outside. Loved the pool and outdoor space. Perfect for peaceful nights. Not far from village only 5 min walk to many restaurants, bars and shops.

Great private pool and view.

The villa was difficult to locate and access was really only by vehicle to and from beach and facilities.

Communication from hosts could have been better. We had little information about anything we needed.

Best villa we have ever stayed in

The most amazing views from the gardenia villa, the bed was sooo comfortable we did not want to leave it. I wish we stayed longer. Its about a 10 minute walk into town. Staff were so lovely and accommodating.

Nothing, the hill up to the villa was a little steep but its worth it.

Gorgeous private villa on one of the best islands in Thailand

Such good value for money!! Our villa was to die for, our own private pool, the friendly staff and the room were absolutely gorgeous. Koh Tao is my favourite island we visited and staying here was the icing on the top of our trip. My partner and I have never stayed anywhere nicer in Thailand, will be back !!

Construction on other villas was occuring during our stay which meant there was a bit of noise throughout the day, this was fine as we were out most days and it meant no one else was staying at the villas so we didnt have to deal with extra noise after construction finished : )
