Superb

Great experience and value for money.

Great breakfast, apartment, pool was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcome. Its only a short 10 min grab ride to the old town and a 10 minute walk to beach and local restaurants.

The property was exactly as it was pictured, the host who greeted us when we first arrived was so welcoming and very accomodating, she would be there to take our breakfast orders for the next morning everyday and offered us modes of transport and pointed us in the direction of activities we wanted to participate in. The Rooms were very spacious and clean and had the option to be cleaned everyday, the bathrooms were lovely with good water pressure. Although there were more rooms downstairs, we had the whole downstairs area to ourselves including the pool and had access to the fridges both in the rooms and the bar area.

Every now and then there was a ringing sound that we weren't sure where was coming from, although it was advertised there was a bar it was not functioning and no staff constantly there to run it but we had access to the fridge and the area to put our own drinks.

Lovely comfortable stay

Anh and her sister were so welcoming and nothing was a problem. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. There was a mini mart within about 300m away. Good restaurant at the end of the street and a close walk to a number of other restaurants, cafes, massage places. And the beach. They even offered bikes to ride into Hoi An old town which was a lovely ride approximately 5km each way.

Wonderful.

Service and communications were amazing. Location really good. Services provided like free bikes and Netflix also made our stay more enjoyable.

The pool was a bit small, but good enough for me, as I tend to swim in the open ocean. I really like it though, and the shower too, which make it really easy to come from the beach and take a dip in the pool and a shower later.

Good value room not too far from the beach. On-site basic facilities.

Rooms are spacious and have nice touches like silk dressing gowns. Aircon is good though doesnt work when out of the room. Outdoor space is nice looking. Excellent breakfast (ordered in from outside)

The listing makes it look as though all the rooms have a bath but they dont. The pool is tiny and the Sun loungers have no cushions and are broken. The pictures make it look like there is a bar but there isnt - its just a desk with empty bottles behind it.

A lovely, relaxed stay with family close to the beach.

A very comfortable place to stay. We had the two downstairs rooms that led out to the pool. It was like our own private villa. Very clean and comfortable rooms. A lovely lady came each morning and made us breakfast.

Quiet, comfortable stay near the beach.

Great space for our family with a seperate room for our teen and locked, private garden. We were very lucky to have the place to ourselves as it is quite small. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked, delicious breakfast every morning. Comfortable, clean beds, nice rain showers. Included push bikes for no extra charge. Short walk to beaches and not too far from old town, although does require taxi/grab or bikes. Also has laundry service at great price and very quick turn around. Very quiet rooms with small, fresh pool. I doubt you'd get that in the old town. Highly recommend staying here.

Very small pool area, not much space to lie beside pool. Hardly a problem really as it's so close to the beach.
