Restaurants were great

The hallways were so noisy with customers and staff constantly slamming doors. No pool so thats a negative for me

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and great restaurant options

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast in a convenient location. Good restaurants nearby/partners with the hotel (including on the roof with nice views and atmosphere).

wifi in the room was not very strong (but fine in the lounge areas).

It was a modern tourist hotel. It was clean . The staff were helpful and the food was good..

It was described as having a balcony, but this was a tiny curved area in front of the window, where you could stand out ut only fir one chair onto it if you wanted to sit in the sun.

Superb

Great professional Hotel

Very professional hotel and staff. Large room with sofa. Clean and nice view of the city. Large bathroom. Choices for breakfast and a couple of restaurants for dinner.

Would have preferred a walk in shower instead of a shower over bath. Water took a long time to get hot, maybe 10 minutes, so not water saving system.

Perfect Start / End Stay in Amman for a Jordan trip

- Breakfast, especially freshly made scrambled eggs as well as labneh - Rooftop restaurant Vinaigrette with an amazing view over Amman (especially at night) - Welcoming staff (especially at 4am when you arrive with a very late flight at the airport) - Confortable beds

- Elevator (door closing too fast) - Shower (not working properly)

Th htel was beautiful! Were so happy we booked here as the staff went out of their way to help us several times. To management, DO NOT lose them as theyre so kind and helpful to guests. Anas checked us in and he was so so kind. He upgraded our room for free and even let us check in super early (11 am early). After a long journey, this was so appreciated. He then proceeded to recommend dinner spots and gave us 15% off dinner when he didnt have to. Thank you Anas for being so welcoming. Additionally, my husband and I being new to Jordan, fell into a bit of a taxi trap (novices I tell you) and the taxi driver was trying to rip us off. Immediately the staff helped us out and got the rate down. They came to our rescue straight away and told us to use Uber next time. Sharing here as I didnt think to do that :( we had been walking for 3.5 hours straight that day haha so wasnt thinking clearly. BIG thank you to the front of house, the security and the staff who helped us that day. We cannot thank you enough :) As for the hotel, it was lovely! Had everything you needed, staff who care and spacious rooms. Please note that were non smokers and I think some rooms had a smoke smell to it but you can simply let the front desk know that youre not a smoker and they will ensure you get a non smoking room.
