    Staying in a family hotel was great. Everyone was very kind. The room was big. There was a large selection of food at breakfast, everything was very tasty. The restaurant also offers very good dinners. The hotel is a short distance from the main cable car, you can also go down to the hotel via the ski slope. Parking in garages approximately 8 minutes walk. Fantastic wellness - we really enjoyed it! Thank you.

    Great location, staff was friendly and very helpful. Food at breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner was always excellent and there was plenty of choice and variety. The whole hotel is beautiful and has a homelike feeling
    The gym is very small but still very nice that it's there. The room itself would have been perfect with a big window. The view from balcony (which was actually a terrace for everyone but we never saw anyone else using it) however was pure perfection.

    A very nice hotel to come back for
    + Very friendly and supportive staff + Extensive breakfast and we really liked the quality of the dinner in the evening + Last but not least: the location is nice => it was a bit higher in the village, but you could easily walk into forrest (quite nice for our two dogs)
    It was a bit of a disappointing start as we had other expectations about our room => we had booked a room "De Luxe", but the room offered did not really meet our expectations (it was a narrow room with a very small terrace). Luckily the frontdesk was very supportive and offered us two alternatives, which definitely met our requirements. Tip for both Booking.com and the hotel: better alignment on the exact format of the rooms
