I really liked this place, I'll come here again!

We came to Florence for the first time for 5 days. I really liked this place, because the service was good, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious, the renovation was decent, the bathroom was good and was cleaned every day. It's a pity that there was no bath in our junior suite, but the rest was good. We'll come here again!

I would like for the junior suite to have a bath and perhaps update the furniture a little (unless its antique, of course).

last minute stay worked out great!

location was still good/close to the main areas of florence and wayyy quieter. the bed was very comfortable and the room was ready early and the staff was super friendly! also very clean room and bathroom

sad breakfast wasn't included for us because it looked/smelled fantastic

Everything about the breakfast. All the guest serve breakfast at the same large table and we change opinions ( americans/ polish/italians/romanian). Tha capuccino was just fantastic. Everything about the room was perfect.

Great value and amazing breakfast

Lovely cute hotel in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Firenze. The hosts are lovely and very attentive. The breakfast was the highlight of my day. Room as small but that' normal for Europe. Will defintely stay there again. Ps. Location is alaso very quiet
