Pleasant stay

A quiet location midway between lake como and the airport. The owner and the staff were very pleasant to deal with.

I think the property can do more on cleaning. The rooms and toilets are clean overall, but very dusty in hidden places (like under bed and above cupboards).

Good stay on the way

Everything was OK. Breakfast was with good coffee. Parking in front of the house.

Ventilation in the room was weak. To put AC work you had to close all windows. But after that soon there was no air. AC blows into one corner.

Easy location outside Bergamo. Nice room & balcony. Very nice restaurant onsite :)

Room refrigerator was not working. Room air conditioner was very weak. Took a long time to cool the room.

nothing was well

there was a woman ,But she behaved us very bad.My wife went brekfast 3 minutes to 8 oclock .But She refuse that breakfast was beginning eight o clock.. This is very bad behaviour.She was very aggresive .We cant accept this kind of behaviour.

Nice Hotel just outside of Bergamo, best value for money.

Pretty and well maintained Hotel, very nice and professional staff. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom too. Breakfast was delicious as well.

Be aware that the room in the attic floor has partially low ceilings, so watch your head if you are taller. An option to order something warm for breakfast would be perfect (boiled or scrambled eggs for example).
