not what we thought, as on internet pictures and description.

At Christmastime, cold room but got us a heater. Got water taxi back to train station on last day.

automat coffee machine and lines to wait for coffee. Very small space, tiny crowded cramped tables. . Same boring breakfast with tasteless eggs that seemed artificial. No water taxi to hotel from train station. Had to walk with bags and no porter from Grand Canal drop off. Without help of police, we would never have found the hotel in the dark. Very plain room and bathroom, both very small and COLD. No nice curtains. Awful pillows and blanket.

Perfect little hotel full of classic Cenice charm

Fabulous little hotel just back from St Marks Square. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had variety. Loved the feel of the hotel. Classic and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Rooms were very warm and we had the heating off.

Breakfast Buffet was excellent. The room overlooking the canal and gondola storage was a nice treat. Felt like we were really in Venice!

Very good

Overall very good, location was perfect its so close to everything. Rooms were a decent size, little old fashioned but it was perfect. The towels were on a heated radiator so it was lovely for when you got out of the shower. I would definitely stay again :)

The only thing is the pillows were rock hard and breakfast isnt great but you could always go somewhere else for breakfast.

Bed Bugs

Location was Good

Bed Bugs. My wife got a severe reaction due to Bed Bugs' bite. When we informed the consierge, they did not even acknowledge it. We checked out and arrived at our next destination in Paris. We are searching for a hospital instead of booking the tour.

I appreciated of the location, as a first time visitor to Venice, cleanness of the room.

I appreciated the location of this hotel, bz it was our first time and we were right at center of city and close to all of attractions. I think it was really good choice.

The door frame of my room was broken and ruined. I even could not the close my door. I asked to fixed it. The maintenance person was rude and not pleased to talk to me, like it was like my fault ruining the door frame. My sister intervened after she saw my disappointment, and asked for another room. We moved into another room. The size of the room is small, a breakfast is fair. This hotel is old and needs to have a remodeling.
