Disappointing

Smells like smoke everywhere

The mattresses was comfort

The staff was smoking inside the hotel!! Unbelievable! No air system, no windows open..And when I complained they pretended nothing happened!! The smell of smoke is impregnated in the fabrics of the curtains, the furniture, it entered the rooms! Outside of all legal provisions

Room was a good size and clean. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is located a few minutes walk from the main train station which was perfect. All in all happy with my stay.

Big clean comfortable room, Great Staff, Gorgeous building

My room was very large, clean and comfortable. It also had a balcony. The hotel staff are wonderful. Very warm and friendly. The hotel itself is located on the 5th floor of a spectacular historic buildingdo take time to admire the beautiful entrance and the magnificent staircase (cool photo opportunity looking from ground floor up and vice versa) The location of the hotel is also great as you are close to the historic centre on foot but also have metro/ bus nearby. All in all I loved my stay and I highly recommend Hotel Astro

Superb

An excellent hotel with and a great value for money.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, near the Genova Brignole train station. The value for money was excellent: although cheap, my room was clean, nice and well equipped with all needed facilities. The staff was kind and welcoming.

Very good

There was everything we needed. The staff was nothing but extraordinary. We had some issues with the shower and no matter what time it was when we went to ask for help it would get sesolved un minutes. Not to mention the Italian humor which was amazing!! P. S. Out room did NOT smell of smoke.

Fine for one night but wouldnt have wanted to stay longer

Receptionist was extremely helpful. Was very pleased to receive text with details on exact location which enabled us to locate hotel easily. Very central location.

Breakfast very poor - pity that not even tartines offered.
