Very good

Comfortable with a few sight seeing spots around town. Perfect for a weekend get-a away.

Hotel is fairly easy to reach. Room is cosy and comfortable. Definitely the balcony, it's a plus for sure. Beach is nearby, though direct access would help however, passing through Al Hamra residences wasn't any issue.

Service. For a 4 star hotel the service is extremely poor. they need to up their game. Parking is a little bit of an issue when the villas are fully booked. Especially when you have inconsiderate people parking you in. Quality of the food for the breakfast/brunch can be better....

We checked in to dusty room Staff are not approachable, calling all extensions no replies. We had to go to reception all time to help sort out our issue.

Location

It was overpriced. No parking spots. Long check in time. No hot water. Broken tap in the bathroom. We checked out in the morning and they called at 2.30 to ask when we will check out!

They shift me to Alhamra resdence because i saw 3 room in alhamra village and was dirty There are alot of good activty but it is close early around 6.

The room wasn't clean.. there were dust every where in floor, bed and cabinets and i found spider and incest inside the room, TV remote not working. Also staff attitude and way to solve the pervious issue was very bad. Swimming pool was close, dirty and kept maintenance for full day and next day there are some dust.. Pellow was very bad
