Lovely stay in a fantastic location

The property is in a fantastic location - excellent if youre skiing. Also a very short walk to town and extremely close to train station. Great ski lockers in the hotel - very convenient. The breakfast was great - we loved it. We also ate at the restaurant a few times, and it was wonderful. The room we stayed in was large and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area were lovely.

The bathroom was very dated (but good enough as it was big). No coffee/tea facilities in your room which was annoying (but they did provide us with a kettle when we asked). No mugs or glasses in the room (only wine glasses). Very few amenities provided (ie just soap).

Great facilities. Everything was at an exceptional level, both comfort and cleanliness wise. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

The A/C in one of the rooms didn't work well.

Nice hotel, would come back

- perfect location, near Hahnenkamm Skilift and about 5 min walk to the center - very friendly and helpful staff - delicious breakfast, with a lot of options, including vegetarian/vegan - nice spa area

- the bed was not comfortable enough for a 4* hotel - no shower, only bathtub. Although the bathtub was nice, a shower or at least a curtain for the bathtub would be practical - no possibility to make tea in the room - children in the sauna
