Good design nice staff.

A lot of building surrounding, it wasnt mentioned in important information before payment & check in. Upon arrival, the staffs informed and explained regarding building surrounding politely. Complementary floating breakfast was provided due to of mentioned issues However everything was nice and perfect, villa 11 is good , staff is very good, kitchen as well

Very nice private apartment, but the vibe was kinda off

- nice apartment with a private pool - very clean - very private

- we had to pay for a plate we havent even broken, it was their cleaning staff - in the night it was kinda creepy, very lonely even there were other guests around - breakfast porridge was two times too watery, but overall good - a second deck chair would have been nice

Overpriced for what is available. Secluded and beautiful but no amenities

The accommodation itself is great. Very lovely modern little villa with nice details. Staff are also excellent.

There are building works going on everywhere so the noise of that is not relaxing. Also the images on their website and on here are not true. The cafe is overlooked by a building site. We watched a digger knock down a tree- the staff even apologised! You cannot get any drinks or food after 5.30pm as they close the cafe and there is only security there. Its a good 10 minute taxi ride to anywhere where there are restaurants/shops or beaches so you have to spend to get anything after 5.30pm! You also only have a choice of 3 things for breakfasts.

Decent place to stay In Layan. Nice villas though attention to detail slightly lacking

Cool villa designs very good value and great tv and wifi connectivity. Staff were responsive, polite and tried to be accommodating.

Breakfast was average. Dodgy door on my villa. So beeping noises throughout the stay. Construction being done at time so not so scenic. Additionally the water feature in our villa was not working properly.

Amazing place to stay, would recommend for the villas and floating breakfasts

Loved the villas, the private pools were amazing. The bedrooms were stunning too

Wasnt a fan of the WhatsApp group to message reception, personally I prefer to talk on phone or face to face but I could see the appeal to some people The doors were very stiff and hard to open and close

- nice place for relaxing - the Villa clean & big - everything was good there

If you three person dont book for 3 take for two and pay at the resort for the third one because when I booked for 3 from booking the value went up because I added a third person, but when I went to the hotel, I paid again for the third person. I spoke with customer service and I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Breakfast is limited but delicious.
