Good value for money and location

It was a good location and the staff were very nice

The room was on ground floor right next to the pool. hence it was noisy as you can hear the other guests when they are using the pool. I asked to move rooms to another upstairs and they said no. The bed sheets are also not very nice. it is a very thin sheet. they are also doing some construction work and painting upstairs.

Nice stay in Cartagena

Rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. They didnt speak English but they tried theyre best to accommodate me. The A/C was great and they provided fresh towels each day.

The rooms could use some updating. The ceiling was leaking water in the bathroom. My last night there was a huge party next door that kept me awake.
