Very modern place with nice shower, very well localized (close to metro and city center), and very nice Staff (24/24 very much appreciated). Rooftop Swimming pool was heated and accessible even if we are in the winter

Room was smaller than expected (different space impression from pictures on Booking.com). Prices are very high compared to this level of comfort in other cities, but prices are high everywhere in Madrid Center.

A nice stay at the heart of the city

The location was great. The staff were supportive and kind. Very well maintained , modern and clean room / they were tidying up the room every day /.

Although we new the room was small it came as a little surprise how compact is it. However that itself is not an issue, even though we are not greatest fans of transparent bathroom walls. What was rather uncomfortable for us was the round LED light in front of the mirror in the tiny toilet. Because of it every time you wash your face or brush the teeth you are also washing your foots.

Really nice hotel, good location and kind staff!

The location is fantastic! The stuff very very friendly and nice. Very clean and comfortable!

I think the mattress slip away from the wall a bit, not great. Apart from that, nice everything!

Great location. Bright and luminous room.

Tiny room. Could hear the street. Too little effort to give a discount for an extra (6th) night. Too expensive for the overall experience.

Great hotel in the center of Madrid. Attentive and responsive service. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed regularly. Our room was quiet because the windows faced the courtyard. Comfortable bed and soft linens. Loved the view of the city from the rooftop
