Lovely stay at cozy, friendly boutique hotel in Cannaregio

Great area, near station and a really interesting neighbourhood. Surprisingly off the beaten track notwithstanding its central location.

Very nice and warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I have stayed two times at this hotel and will return if can. It was my sons birthday trip and when the staff knew that they came with a bottle of prosecco to the room. In the room there where frutes on the table and snacks. Very generous. The breafast area outside is nice and breakfast is good. The hotel also offered an one hour trip in a lovely boat for a resonable price. It is a very nice trip arround the whole Venice more or less. I love this hotel.

The cucumbers and tomatoes on the breakfast looked a bit dry and seems like they cut them all up for several days in advance instead of every morning. Other wise the breakfast is very good.

classy hotel in a good area, easily accessible from the airport. Quality spacious room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, good breakfast.

Brilliant all round

Fantastic position, easy to reach from the ferry from the airport (5 mins easy stroll), and to get into the centre of Venice. Safe and relaxed area away from the main bustle but again very easy stroll to wine bars, restaurants and chicetti hang outs. The frontage is onto one of the canals and its was great to sit out sipping Prosecco and Select spritzers. Staff were so courteous and helpful. Room was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast (extra) was excellent.

Pillows were a bit firm..if I was to be really picky. cant think of another thing

It was a perfect introduction to Venice including location and culture

The staff was so kind and accommodating and the room was quaint, spotless, and terrace was an amazing plus! Location quiet but easy to go to busy restaurants with a quick walk. Very memorable!
