Superb

Loved the suite room with tea table and the tree in the middle of the room. The room was huge and bath tub was amazing too. Loved the whole feel of the room very japanese style.

I was looked after and felt very comfortable with the staff and facilities.

Professional but not too serious as it sits between a business hotel and tourist accommodation.

No room service. Breakfast was only offered as a luxury item ordered 2 days before arrival (I believe). To be fair, there are so many options, even a 24 hour food service cafe (?) just around the corner.

The hotel itself is nice and we really liked the location. Comfortable room. All staff were very friendly.

Sadly the cleanliness of this hotel was not up to our usual expected standard - the bedding and toilet etc were clean however the more we looked at the room the more dust we found!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, exceeding the city's usual standards. The room was impressively spacious and well laid out, featuring an inside garden that added a zen touch to the ambiance. The bed was remarkably comfortable, and the little tea corner in the room provided a perfect spot to unwind. The bathroom, equipped with a magnificent bathtub, further enhanced the overall experience. In addition to the exceptional room, the hotel's location is superb, with easy access to numerous bus stops and the metro station, making it convenient to explore the city. Situated at the city center, it offers a perfect blend of luxury and accessibility.

While the hotel offers a fantastic stay with its spacious and well-designed rooms, the only downside is that it hosts numerous travel groups. This can occasionally make the lobby quite busy, but the overall experience and comfort of the room make it a worthwhile choice.

Very good

Excellent but some minor improvement on the cleanliness

Overall the stay was good, comfy room, excellent location for good food and shopping. Not too far away from the karasuma subway line

Unfortunately there is cup/bottle water stain on both the table in the room and we found a piece of packaging garbage stuck in between the sofa. Hope the cleaning stuff will take more caution when cleaning the room in the future

Nice hotel with small rooms, if you have big luggages take a bigger room.

Great location. 500 meters from the Karamasu Line and bus stops right around the corner. Family Mart next door and lots of small eateries around. Hot and cold tea, broth and detox water at the reception area all day.

The breakfast was very simple. A bento box with small portions of eggs, sausages, bacon and bread for the Western Style plus a piece of grilled fish and some vegetables for Japanese style. I wouldnt say I didnt like it but a little more variety would be nice.
