Disappointing

Location was great as it was close to old town. Free parking was available which was appreciated. Staff was responsive to issues.

The hotel/room smelled like cigarette smoke. We tried airing out the room one night and more smoke came in the room from outside which made it worse. My partner and I did not enjoy this. The room looked nice in pictures but maintenance isn't keeping up.

Superb

All good. Easy to locate and free parking is available. Walking distance from the Cornish and beach and major attractions. staff were friendly and supportive. Breakfast was good - not bad, good variety was available.

Very good

I stayed already fourtimes and it is indeed very fine option in Antalya, with good breakfast, great location and spacious rooms. I would still expect reception staff to better understand English, however it is improving, in my modest opinion.

Who gave high rate to this hotel?!? The rate of this hotel is less than 7

1. Safe box had problem , 2 times I informed reception they did not care. 2.They insiste to recieve cash instead of card payment or adding to room account. I informed the manager at the morning . But I am not sure that manager will do some thing about it, 3.For money exchange : 1Euro = 28 Tl They wanted to calculate 1 Euro : 15 TL 4.balcony not like the picture they provide during reservation and useless .

The location was good

The staff were rude. I rang for an iron. She was like WHAT DO YOU WANT. Rooms arent clean Didnt clean bathroom for all time we was there Said they was sending cleaners up in ten mins after I complained Waited 14 hours still didnt arrive Juice in the breakfast is no good Over priced hotel 220 euros a night I paid it was with 50 euros! If I had paid that I wouldnt mind cleaning myself Never changed bed sheets In five nights Every time you talk to staff bad attitude besides on young man who was nice he working on bar thank you,
