Apart from the extra cost on arrival, very convenient

Had to get up very early for a plane so did not utilisez all the facilities but a problem that I had with the air con was solved immediately. Proximity to the airport was a bonus (400 metres) and also was near the airport parking

Had to give 100 deposit on arrival which I hope to get returned to my bank. This was completely unexpected as I have never had to do in a hotel in France.

Damage deposit - process needs improvement.

Location close to the airport. It was clean and comfortable.

I was not happy with the way the 100 deposit was dealt with. Whilst I was aware that there was a deposit, when I arrived at the hotel I was asked to pay the city tax of 1.65. They would not accept cash so I used my debit card. At this point, the 100 deposit was not mentioned. Had it been, I would have used my credit card, instead of which, it was reserved on my debit card after I had left Rception. At this date (09 December), the money is still not available in my account, presumably because Aerel Htel did not CANCELl the transaction but left it PENDING so according to my bank, I have to wait 30 days to access my money. NOT GOOD.

Clean, basic option near airport for quick overnight

Conveniently located by Toulouse Airport in a safe neighborhood, clean and basic. Comfortable bed, perfect to grab a night of sleep after arriving on a late flight. Standard breakfast available. We were able to let ourselves in and had a nice interaction with a staff member in the morning.

The rooms have no atmosphere or decor, but I did not expect this. It met our needs, but this hotel is not suited to anything beyond a quick overnight.

Good value, great location, good staff, decent restaurant next store.

Good location. Liked that there was a restaurant right next store. It was an easy walk to the airport. The young man at the front desk was very Friendly and efficient.

Nothing, really. The TV was a little small, but so what? It was perfect for a one-night stay near the airport. If Im ever back in Toulouse, I would stay there again.

Very noisy

Proximity to the airport for early flights is great. Just a short walk to the terminal.

The room was basic, which was expected given the price point. There was no TV remote, but that's hardly a major issue. What was a problem though, was around 11pm with a sound suddenly emerged from the bathroom, which sounded like it was coming from the plumbing or perhaps from an extractor fan that didn't shut off, and the whirring noise carried on for the remainder of the night! There was no one at night reception so we had no choice but to suffer through without any sleep. I'm speechless the room was even available given the issue with it! I messaged through the app hoping they would see it today as we departed very early, but there has been zero response from the hotel as well. Very doubtful I would book again as I'd be terrified of having the same experience for a full night.

Only the beds

Besides the beds and 2 foldup chairs there was absolutely NOTHING in the room. No way to even make a coffee. Why is it called an Appart'Hotel? And there was a constant droning noise like a labouring refrigerator which NEVER stopped. And why do they charge a 100 euro deposit when the room was prepaid? We only spent one night and left at 4 am for the airport. Never again this hotel.
