unusual experience to stay in hotel on water, very good position to discover Prague city center by walking, good breakfast served in a beautifully decorated restaurant

the equipment is a little outdated, but was functional, smaller rooms - I think not comfortable for longer stays or families.

The common areas. The bar area despite being way overpriced and the boat feel.

As a couple in our late 30s, one of us being Czech, we had mixed feelings about our stay. The check-in process was a positive start, with friendly staff welcoming us upon arrival. The common areas of the boat were well-maintained, offering comfortable seating, and the bar and restaurant area, despite being a bit overpriced, had a pleasant ambiance. The initial impression was favorable due to the boat's inviting entrance, and we found the parking quite convenient. However, our overall experience was marred by several issues. For those who find stairs challenging, caution is advisable. The boat's location in Prague was disappointing, and the surrounding area was unattractive, making us reconsider visiting this part of the city in the future. Our room offered a view of a road, not the scenic river we had hoped for. Breakfast was a letdown with poor food quality, leading us to skip it for the remainder of our stay even though it was included in our package. The breakfast area was too crowded, and on December 27th, we witnessed an older staff member rudely responding to an English-speaking guest. This was particularly striking to us, given our mixed Czech and international background. Our room was not only cramped, outdated, and cold but also lacked cleanliness, as evidenced by the dust under the beds. The provided shampoo and body wash were substandard and insufficient, which added to our discomfort. In summary, while there were some commendable aspects of our stay, the negatives were more pronounced. The experience failed to meet our expectations, and we do not intend to return.

Best choice in Prague

Admiral Botel is not just a place to stay, is a whole experience. From watching the sunset and the sunrise from inside your cabin, to have your cofee in a magical place, just on the river. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is tasty, cabin is more than comfortable, enough space for all our bags, and the restaurant is just wow.

Everything, the sunrises, the fact that we could feed the seagulls, the ducks and swans from the window, from the bed and the experience itself. This was the first time for us on a boat hotel and we will definitely try it again in the future.

The fact that the room is pretty small but I guess that's normal for any type of boat.

Loved the experience of staying on a Boat hotel. Early checkin was allowed which helped as I arrived early and they were able to hold on to my luggage. Worth every penny. Looking forward to some more such stays in future

Excellent Botel, beautiful views in an accessible location

Admirl Botel is ideally sited. Being on the river you are right in the centre of the city. Drawing the curtains each morning brought beautiful views of the architecture, river & swans swimming up to the cabin window. The rooms are clean with all that we needed for our 4 day break. Beds are comfy & quiet. The Botel is about 50m from the nearest bridge over the river to the main area. Prague is very walkable but also with an excellent transport system. The Botel has an excellent reasonably priced restaurant. Lovely food & beautifully presented restaurant. Breakfast is excellent with Continental & hot options. We visited Prague in the autumn with its beautiful colours. I can imagine sitting on the decks in the summer with a cool glass of wine taking in the viewswe will be back.

Room is small and neat with basic facilities. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast also included in the price and the taste is good. location is also pretty much accessible via public transport

at this point of time AC is not available in the room. since it is winter time its okay however i am not sure how the same will work during summer time. more options can be added in the break fast menu

Very atmospheric and a bit quirky. Lovely helpful staff. Exceedingly competitive exchange rate for cash. Local restaurants very good and cheap. Unsurprisingly better than anything you can find in the old town.

The beds are not the most comfortable, but we both slept well anyway. Breakfast was chaotic. However, the hotel was super busy and the waiting staff did well to cope with the situation.
