The staff was beyond nice, had a high attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast, room views, pool, and sunset.

The bathroom looked a bit worn out.

The stairs are too much and the rooms are not clean also the towels , its a dirty place I dont recommend it. Actually I dont recommend to stay at nusa penida there is nothing to do there also the transportation are terrible. Waste of your time and money

Stunning views & amazing staff

Gorgeous sea view room with a perfect view of Mount Agung! A la carte restaurant food was great & the breakfast menu offered a good variety for multiple nights. There is a trail/path next to the waterfront, which was an easier route to the harbour & restaurants (better than going via road). Staff were very attentive & helpful for the duration of our stay!

The road to the property is awkward & the closest alternative restaurants were 15 minutes walk via the waterfront trail/path (difficult to walk back after sunset to have dinner out of the hotel). No lifts but staff were attentive to carry suitcases up & down the stairs ... we just felt bad that this was the norm for them!

A beautiful place with amazing views and lovely staff.

The view is insane and the balcony is great to take it in. The pool and restaurant area is lovely.

The very noisy grinding sliding door to the balcony needs oiling. We did mention it to the staff but wasnt addressed. Apart from that it was lovely.

Pleasant place to spend weekend

Nice hotel with very big room and terrace. Great view facing the sea. Clean, tidy. Nice SPA with lots of massage options. The restaurant serves one of the best food, really enjoyed their dinner and breakfast. Super friendly stuff!

The road to the hotel was challenging, very bumpy, tide and hard to drive. Better to take a taxi. The hotel located uphill, no elevator, so you need to go all the way down and up

Peaceful stay with lovely friendly staff

We stayed in Adiwana for three nights. Check in was very easy and we were given one of the nicest welcome drinks weve had in Bali as well as a refreshing towel to wipe our faces! The pool is lovely and clean, right beside the dining area .. the atmosphere is overall very relaxing and during the day full of sun. In between exploring Nusa Penida we spent the day relaxing in the sun and the cocktails and freshly made juices here are very tasty. We especially enjoyed the mojitos. The room itself was large, clean and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable and the shower was also very spacious with a view of the sea. Each room has a balcony overlooking the sea and the views are amazing. The restaurant looked after us very well each time we dined there. Breakfast is good - you get a juice, tea or coffee, a fruit platter, croissants and then a main of your choice. Big portions and taste was good. The main thing that we loved about our stay was how kind and friendly the staff were. A special thanks to Dessy, Julie, Ari, Widi and Santi (and everyone else who we didnt catch by name), who we met during our stay and made us feel so much at home during breakfast and when dining at the hotel! They were all so lovely and always greeted us with a smile and called us by our names! Thank you guys for all your help! Ciara & Maria

A separate lunch menu with some sandwiches or light bites would be helpful as the all day menu has a lot of dinner options but not many light meals for when you want something light to have beside the pool / for lunch.

Great views, great food, great drinks, great service.

Loved the ocean views, the pool, the food, the drinks and the service. All great. Room was spacious with great bag storage. The room and bed was comfortable and the room felt very private. Balcony was spacious. Loved how you can see the ocean views from the shower and the shower was huge! The food was priced well and tasted good and the drinks were great my favorite was the sangria. I recommend having dinner around sunset, I was so pretty! The pool was very nice too. Location was ideal, a little far from Diamond beach/Atuh beach if you want to explore over there, but with an early morning start we had no problem making the trip over there. Hotel provided pickup and drop off to and from the harbor which is very convenient! Also I appreciate the staff coming to our room with a cake to sing happy birthday to me, so thoughtful!

Amazing staff made the difference

Amazing staff - the staff did the difference for me. I love how many of them asked what my name was, and then they called me by my name for the whole stay. It felt very personal and likes they really vares about us. Such a positive experience because of the staff!
