Superb

Great place!

Brilliant place to stay, If you are looking at this review and thinking should I then, yes you should. The room has every thing that you need. I looks just like the photos.

Nothing this room meet our expectation and was so conveniently located right next to the shopping centre . If they could do one thing that would be fix the weather!

Excellent brand new hotel, very stylish, with all the amenities, included all tony details such as pans for cooking, coffee pods even a dishwasher which we didn't need, but were surprised to see.

Shower floor design could be better, the floor in our room was even with the shower section so, when showering almost the entire bathroom floor gets wet from water spilling over...

Disappointing

the breakfast is worthy and wonderful, and the dining space is beautiful, great location to the main station(a u bahn lift right next to the hotel). Shower water pressure is great.

1.a slightly fat female receptionist with straight black hair, no glasses ruined everything. She thinks herself professional who introduced the hotel shortly without any smile and kindness, and wrongly consider us paying the room for only one person, not admitted the mistake of giving only one room card. Facing our questions with dead eyes and even slap the room card. 2. When we enter the room, there is no bottle of water(it turns out the hotel forgot to leave glass bottles for guests refilling water from the kitchen), no toilet paper, and even a coffee cup is dirty. Above lacks were fixed after complains, but we took them to the room by ourselves! There was no tissue paper even till the day we checked out. Daily room keeping is perfunctory as to make me consider the hotel only checks things touched or used by guests when clearing after guests checked out. 3. The shower horse will fall apart. 4. The kitchen space is too tiny, and kitchenware is not that clean. 5. The pillows have some dust left on it(especially the under side)

Convenient location near Ubahn station. One stop to the HBF. Last shopping centre next door with a good supermarket. Kitchen reasonable well equipped. The room was a decent size with a seating/table area.

Housekeeping staff need a bit more attention to detail. Only one towel was supplied, the tissue box was empty.

Noisy neighbours but otherwise great spot with good amenities for 2 days on the sofa / bed.

We had basically an apartment with big bed, sofas, bathroom and pretty full kitchen. This was day 8 of 10 for us so we were knackered and spent most of the day in our room. For that reason we really used the facilities and had a really relaxing 2 days. Bed was great, 10 min walk to town when we did leave and shopping centre across the road for supplies! Didn't use the terrace or bar but if here during summer probably would have. Same with wellness suite, checked it out and looked fab but were too tired to even use it.

No tissues in the room, had to ask for extra towels because there was only one big n small in the room. No extra cloths in the kitchen, only 1. We were in an adjoining room and our neighbour so happened to be talking very loudly, either that or the adjoining rooms have reduced soundproofing. We didn't say anything although it was quite late before he stopped.

Excellent facilities, work out room, sauna was perfect, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful, responsive and easy to work with. Easy to communicate with them.

I would book and stay here again.

The apartment was conveniently located near the underground, which has a direct line to the airport (about 30 mins). The main city centre was one stop away. The Milaneo shopping centre was next door, providing a broad range of shops to cater for most requirements.

Great location, not such a good nights sleep.

The location! Its within walking distance from the train station and literally downstairs there are multiple metro stops and a shopping center with everything you need (restaurants, an Aldi..). Also, the room was well equipped & while traveling with a baby having a washing machine is a bonus.

The bed was not comfortable (made loud noises every time one of us moved), nor were the pillows (really soft & with a huge pillow case that didnt keep the pillow together). Also, the windows didnt isolate the noise coming from the street and since its close to a shopping centre there were people making noise till late at night.
