Both the hotel staff and the room are excellent!!

Thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out! It's about a 10-minute walk from Nrnberg Central Station, and you can easily explore Nrnberg's old town on foot. Various tourist attractions are closer to the hotel than I had imagined, and strolling around was a lot of fun. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket across the street, which is convenient, and Germanisches Nationalmuseum is right nearby. It's a hotel that I definitely want to book again when I go to Nrnberg.

Very good apartment hotel in central Nuremberg

Good sized apartment. Great location on the edge of the shopping district and Altstadt. Very good breakfast, private secure parking and good facilities.

Rooms could have been cleaner. Servicing was very late each day, after 3 pm.

Walking distance to the Christmas Market. Good Vietnamese restaurant across the street. Offer frozen pizza to purchase at the lobby

The swimming pool is really cold. And the sauna room are for both man and woman. I was disappointed, because it was the reason I booked this hotel instead of the others

Large modern rooms, great location.

Great location in the center. Very close to metro making transport to airport quick and easy. Room was large, well- equipped and quiet.

WiFi was good when you could connect, but connections were not always available.

I made my reservation two months in advance via booking and requested a crib at that time. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady said we never requested a crib. So I pulled up my booking and showed her that I did. (I use booking often and this has never been an issue at any other property.) The front desk lady then was very rude and said because I made it through Booking they never confirmed and I should have called the hotel. Additionally, she began to blame me because I had tried to change the dates of our trip on the Booking site but the changed dates were denied. I never changed the request for a crib, my one year old was always coming. So after being insanely rude, we tried to call Booking to get our money back so my one year old did not have to sleep on the floor. An hour later, maintenance showed up with a crib. So this lady was incredibly unkind and awful when she hadnt even checked to see if a crib was available or not? She just did not want to do her job- which was requested two months in advance- and then was mean to us when we asked for one? When all she had to do was call maintenance and ask? Absolutely awful customer service for no reason. If you do not like people- do not work in the customer service industry. Parking costs $21 a day, breakfast cost $21 a person. Insanely overpriced and rude to be far from the Christmas Market. Would not recommend.
