Overall was a okay stay, but next time will stay closer or in the centre as more convenient to all the attractions, save

Hotel was okay, staff were helpful when needed. Half an hour walk to Santa Cruz Seville, bus stop was outside the hotel and fare was 1.40 to the centre, Uber cost 10. Breakfast was nice.

No view from the windows, pool was out of order during our stay, on arrival our room was not cleaned properly and had to make a complaint, the issues were dealt with promptly, room slightly dated could do with a touch up.

The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious!! Highly recommend the burger; homemade, and with homemade chips too. The bed was really comfy and the toiletries provided smelt incredible.

We booked a room with a hydro massage bath, which didn't work (we were offered to change room but for one night, we decided not to bother). Despite the hotel being fairly empty, we were given a room with views of the apartment block behind. The rooftop pool leaves a lot to be desired; it needs a lick of paint, more water, the terrace needed swept of leaves, the laundry basket of towels was full and there were towels lying on the floor. For 4 stars, I was not that impressed

Very comfortable! I can tell they do it up nice for tourists. And Cristina from the front desk will go out of her way to provide recommendations in case it isnt your first rodeo in Sevilla.

Its a bit far from the Centro. About 35 minutes to walk

We were only there one night, the location was good, the room was very clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Despite the language difficulties, the staff were helpful, especially Sofia at reception and Raquel in the dining room.

There was construction and painting going on outside our room the whole stay, so we could not sleep-in past 8 a.m. and were not really able to open the curtains even during the day because of scaffolding right outside the window.

Not happy in the beginning but the stay ended up being fine. Staff was very accommodating.

nice pool area. The room they changes us to was nice. The pool area was nice too and staff for the most part were accommodating. Housekeeping was great.

The hallway area and some other common areas were very dates-carpeting old and popping up. We were paying $400/ night for a suite and the room they originally put us in had zero personality-it looked like a corporate office, no artwork etc and the balcony opened up to scaffolding and the workers. For $400 a night this was not what we wanted, but they accommodated us and changed us to a very nice room. Also, the common area restrooms were in the basement, not very convenient-if needed
