Relaxing stay

Stayed for 3 nights at the property. The front desk staff (Pablos and Alex) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took good care of us. Breakfast was 'made to order' - we selected individually from a list of options that were delivered to our rooms at the selected time. Rooms were cleaned everyday as well. Since it was off-season, we had the resort almost to ourselves. The rooms face the caldera and the sunset was visible right from there.

Breakfast was phenomenal! Made sure to tip the gentlemen delivering these huge breakfast trays up and down many stairs and always with a smile! Staff was beyond helpful coordinating airport transfers and a quad to travel the island. Thank you for helping make our anniversary beyond memorable!!

The location has an amazing view!

The swimming pool is not a heated one. So, if you book this hotel during the winter season there is no chance that you could use the pool because the water is freezing cold!

Overall very negative experience and waste of money.

Positive side was front desk help.

Totally incorrect room description. Hot tub is not included and hotel never specified plunge pool temperature. Hotel intentionally keep is super low so guest cant use it. They never mentioned water temperature requirements on their site. Also, rooms are really outdated and need major upgrades. Overall really bad experience.
