Good location, clean, very helpful staff,

Very helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Good location, easy access for taxis.

Expected some fruit for breakfast but only bread, cosiants and donuts, not much variety.

We had a great time in Marrakesh and the staff were very nice and very helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for us

Was a big part of an amazing Marakesh experience

Good location , exceptional hospitality . Ayoub the assistant manager went out of his way to help us with excursions and information, even taking me to a barber for a much needed haircut

It would have been nice to make our own coffee or tea in the room. No kettle or cups available but staff was always happy to make tea is asked . Also no glasses or water in the room , this is just normal and one should not have to ask . But this is small compared to the exceptional hospitality

The staff is really good. Yaseen tried everything he could to help us out whenever we had a question.

1. The room was in the ground floor so we were disturbed late night and early morning when there were guests or anyone sitting in the courtyard. 2.The courtyard was cold but there was no warmth set up. 3. Handles in the room were broken and it well it was not maintained as there was a lot of musty/dust smell in the cupboards. 4. The staff at the reception is also the one who helps with breakfast so the poor man had to run around a lot . This place definitely requires more staff

Great staff who were happy to accommodate any requests and guide guests. Mr Ayoub was very polite

Breakfast was freshly cooked and offered some traditional choices and staff were more than happy to cater for own preferences Location was good and walking distance to most tourists destinations. Area around was traditional small alleyways Following the earthquake- one of the room was being repaired

While the Riad was clean and well kept - the area was not very clean - though that was expected as it was the old part of the city

Really enjoyable stay, great customer service

It was fantastic staying in a traditional Riad. The location is great, in less than 20 minutes you can walk to the main square and experience all of the craziness there and the cool cafes and restaurants. Its pretty easy to get there as well. We felt safe our entire time, even returning one night close to midnight, nobody made us feel uncomfortable in the streets around. You get a taste of local life in the streets closer to the Riad and then it becomes a bit more touristy the closer you get to the main square. The staff are amazing at AbeliaAyoub deserves a special mention, always making sure we were ok and going out of his way to make sure we were happy. Always contactable by WhatsApp if we ever needed anything. Great customer service! We had chicken Tagine at Riad on our arrival and it was really delicious. We asked Ayoub to organise a shuttle for us both ways to the airport, it was 25 each wayand really convenient, especially the first night we arrived not having to drag our suitcases along the street. All in all especially given the price we were really happy with our stay and enjoyed our time in Marrakech.

Authentic local Moroccan experience

Traditional riad, in the east of the medina. Ayoub, who looks after the Riad, was super friendly and always helped us with any questions or requests we had. Breakfast was good with coffee, Moroccan tea, and a selection of bread, crepes and pastries every morning. Our room was big enough, with a reasonably comfy bed, although our main light in the room didn't work.

The riad is in a very traditional, local part of the medina so be aware of this when booking. It is at least 20 minutes to walk to the main square and the souk area which we didn't mind but if you don't want to walk much then maybe this accommodation isn't for you. Also, one morning we requested an early breakfast (30 mins before breakfast was due to start) which we were told would be fine, but the next morning no one was there to serve it for us.
