Great location, suboptimal food.

The location was really great, beautiful sea, white sand beach. The recommendations on tours were helpful. Rooms were clean, though our request for two bed in the room were not met. Staff was very attentive, friendly, alway with a smile and good information to share.

The food was really suboptimal. Lack of Mexican flavours all-together, bad quality food even in the restaurants that require reservation. It was a disappointment. Also lack of cultural programme at the hotel of this class. People come to enjoy also a cultural experience, but it was not there. We ended up eating outside even though we paid all inclusive deal. The number of sunbathing beds on the beach was far less that people needing it, so it was a daily struggle to find the spare bed.

Everything was clean and staff were nice. Pools were nice and never felt over crowded.

Almost impossible to get into the reservation restaurants. Kids club was only for little kids. Would have liked to see more daily activities for kids in the age range of 7-12.

This property was clean at all times, Food was ok got boring after a while though also we found a lot of the food salty but most of all loved all the staff from Erik at the bar to Isreal, Wiskey and Sergio all the rest as well amazing people definitely coming back next year only to see the staff again
