Disappointing

Tasty food.

Awful service. unfriendly staff. Bad quality of drinks. It was not possible to make a restaurant reservation due to hotel overbooking

It was an okay resort, would not come back though

Kids area staff was great, very friendly and they had lots of activities for the kids. BLoved restaurant was really good. Buffet staff was very nice. No long lines anywhere. The night entertainment was wonderful.

No hot tub. Not much to do if its a bit chilly. We had issues with the shower and toilet in our room. Food at the other restaurants and buffet was not good. Towels are only by one pool which made it inconvenient. They kept trying to sell the hotel tour. Wouldnt answer questions without promoting the lunch they offer.

Great resort and staff. I suggest increasing the availability of the restaurants and the menu options.

Clean facilities, friendly staff

Menus were limited at the restaurants and limited seating / availability at the various restaurants. The best restaurant had no availability during our entire stay.

Great, would like to go back again!

Very clean, great food, awesome staff...we booked the privilaged package romantic swim up suite and the suite was gorgeous .

The pools are not heated anywhere on the resort which they should be.

A Beautiful Resort

We loved everything about the resort. This was our second time here and will definitely be back. We loved the locked fence area. We were able to put a lock on the fence with our anniversary date which was nice. We had privilege status that gave some perks around the resort.

Just beware that in November there isnt much sun on building 4 especially if you have a swim out pool. Our private pool was always cold because the sun didnt shine on that part of the building. Therefore, we had to go to the main pool or beach to swim. This isnt the resort fault.

We wish we couldve stayed longer! Highly Recommend 100/10 at this five star resort.

We loved the pool was consistently cleaned every night for us to enjoy the next day. Victor made being at the pool a great property feature to attend to everyday with something to do. Our most favorite amenity was the spa!

I regrettably cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

The rooms at this hotel were undeniably clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay in terms of accommodation. However, it's important to note that the hotel is situated quite far from the main tourist attractions. For a more convenient and immersive experience, I would recommend considering accommodations in the Cancun area rather than at this location. While the comfort of the rooms is commendable, the distance from key attractions may impact the overall enjoyment of your visit.

During our stay, we encountered a disappointing dining experience that left all of us with stomachaches. There seemed to be an issue with both the water and the food provided by the hotel. The food, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations as it lacked freshness, and there were concerns about its overall quality. Additionally, a notable concern was the absence of allergen labels on the food items, which made it challenging for those with dietary restrictions or allergies. The beach is not close to by nice as in cancun. Given these issues, I regrettably cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

Very good

Very pleasant stay with a beautiful landscape found in the resort and the beach

The property is beautiful and everything is very modern. I liked the simple layout of everything the many different options for food. The rooms are spacious and very private. The staff is amazing

The pools close far too early. The night time activities were pretty dull, but we were still able to find some fun. During the day findings chair around the pool was very difficult. The pool areas get very messy with drinks and towels. Also, there is only one location to get towels and you have to walk across the entire resort to get them If they have any left. Pool life could definitely be changed. It just wasnt easy.
