A beautiful stylish choice for Cancun

This is a beautifully designed hotel with a marked Thai style from the moment you enter reception and look out over the pools and sea. Extremely efficient service and staff who are friendly and helpful .The swimming pools were absolutely amazing - a joy for dedicated length swimmers as well as providing the ubiquitous swim up bar for those more inclined to relax.The restaurant choice offers something for everyone .The rooms are spacious with everything you can think of being provided- even a clothes steamer.

The seating in the rooms and on the balcony needs more thought in that whoever designed it has obviously gone for look rather than comfort. The balcony chairs were wooden and angled with no cushions provided and 2 of these on a bare concrete balcony really didnt provide an inviting sitting area compared to other beach resort hotels we have experienced. The indoor seating likewise was more style over comfort. The restaurant choice was good but our favourite Asian one closed at 6pm and the others were closed on different nights so not all available to choose from on a set day.However this probably reflected we were here for Day of the Dead so not in high Cancun season.

Wonderful resort on a preserve at the end of the hotel zone with exceptional service, scrumptious food, in a perfect loc

The location on a preserve and was very peaceful and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms were large. There is an adult only pool.

Its not all inclusive snd was pricey. But well worth it.

Gorgeous resort located on the Caribbean on a preserve with excellent food and staff.

Gorgeous property on a preserve away from the hotel zone making it peaceful and relaxing. All staff members we encountered went out of their way to please. Food was excellent at all restaurants, fresh and creative.

The price was higher than I wanted to pay and it was not an all inclusive hotel therefore we ended up spending a lot more than we budgeted, however, it was well worth it and we do not regret it. Would highly recommend this luxury resort.

Pricing too high and staff doesnt disclose upfront. For example, massage cost $480 (with all the fees). A drink by pool cost $40-$50 with fees.

The facilities and the design

The lizards, I found two in my room. The hotel did not even compensate me for the inconvenience. The sound isolation in the room was horrible, I can hear all the noise outside my room.

A bit too impersonal and not great value for money. I have been to many other top hotels in Cancun and at the barest minimum for that price, breakfast should have been included.

Very good

Service are outstanding,

well - i can tell that is overpriced as the beach and the view from the room is not really directly to the beach, and its lagoon not really type of beach as its actually look on the pictures of the resort when u book the hotel on top of that the check in was at 3 pm thats not really comfortable when u pay 1000$ a night at least can be an exeption of an early chek in at least 12 we arrive at 10 and was super tired.
