Its not really ALL Inclusive

Its not ALL Inclusive. Cheap menu and basic installations are included, but you have to pay additional fee for a certain menu and installations. We were hoping to have a luxury time here, forgetting price of each thing for a moment, but instead, we feel more miserable and poor avoiding additional costs in restaurants and installations.

Overall- Great Resort/Amazing Food/Great Staff ..Shout out to the Amazing Lady who made the Crepes!

I've traveled to Cancun 24 times. I've stayed at some of the most expensive resorts including Fiesta Americana Grand Coral, bit eh Condesa had the BEST FOOD I've ever had while vacationing to Cancun !!

Only negative thing I can say is, 1 shoe was missing (which i think it was accidently picked up with towels & my chain went missing. I searched everywhere including my jewelry box. I went to the front desk, they advised me that they had to go back to the room with me to search. When we arrived- room service already cleaned the room & when we walked in the missing shoe was there and when the staff searched my stuff the chain surprisedly appeared in my jewelry box. They had me looking crazy, but when I tell you they sent a blast message or something out & advised whomever took the chain and accidently took the (1) shoe, return it it immediately, that's what they did! Not a good feeling, knowing someone took these items out, but I'm Happy they returned them. TY

Aside from the discourteous receptionist who identified as the manager, the place is good.

Clean beach, good food options but our experience was marred by a rude and unprofessional receptionist. Thankfully, AD, Edalio, and Manuel went above and beyond to salvage our vacation. Despite Manuel's efforts, all he could offer was an upgrade for a future stay. Unfortunately, we have decided not to return to this hotel chain. The dedication of AD, Edalio, and Manuel was appreciated, but the overall experience left us with no desire to revisit.

1. The receptionist staff, particularly Klara and her manager (whose name escapes me), left much to be desired in terms of service. 2. There was a lack of accommodation for early check-in requests. It would be appreciated if the staff could be more transparent about eligibility rather than providing diplomatic answers without taking action. 3. The beach view from the rooms, despite the additional cost, was disappointingly minimal. The view did not justify the extra expense. 4. The beach drink services could be improved for a more seamless experience. 5. It would be beneficial to add more beach beds to enhance the comfort of guests enjoying the beach area.
