Love this place! It is peaceful and relaxing!

The Sina Suites location is convenient to the hotel zone in Cancun. The surrounding palm trees provide shade and a relaxing feeling around the property especially at the pool area. It is a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. They also provide beach towels and drinking water for refill at the reception area. The room is quiet and clean, comfortable even though it is basic nothing luxurious. Our unit is a two-level townhouse layout 1st level includes a living room, kitchen, and one bedroom, bath RM on 1st floor, and 2nd level with one bedroom & bath RM with three beds, both levels have a big window and balcony with beautiful view of Lagona and palm trees. You can walk to the beach or convenience stores located at the hotel zone street. We had a rental car that added efficiency in traveling. There is a parking spot for hotel guests. Here are a few tips: - Be prepared to do a lot of walking. - Take the bus right out of the intersection to the Hotel Zoon shopping center. - Make a plan ahead of time to access the public beaches or explore downtown Cancun.

- There is no stove for such a nice kitchen. Even the microwave can heat water or other food. - It would be nice to have conditioner in bathrooms. But you can easily buy some in the store.

Great stay, close to the beaches and restaurants in party area

Nice hotel in a very nice and residential area with a nice view of the laguna. Room was pretty nice size and with a view of a pool. Bed huge and we had a good sleep. Basic menu for breakfast and dinner snack, only tried once as we mostly had our meals outside. We walked to the public beach and taking the bus that stops few minutes from the hotel. Hotel area nicely decorated and cleaned each morning. Would be back.

Could implement charges to rooms to avoid taking money with me each time I want to order something.

Very relaxing nice place to stay a little off from the bustle of the hotel zone.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and in good shape with a nice pool. The restaurant food was very good although the menu was a bit small but probably appropriate for a hotel of this size. It was a very nice hotel if you want a relaxing vacation away from the hotel zone chaos in Cancun.

The room decor and fixtures were a little dated. The mattress was very firm.

You need a golf car to go out to the Main Street, its a lot of walking especially for older people and my daughter twisted her ankle on the bumpy road. More plugs in the room Cooking stove Clean toilet, beds and bathroom but not the kitchen Extra table in the room for suitcases

Very good

Loved the people over there. Desk, bar, cleaner. It pretty close to the center (where coco bongo is) like 15 minutes walk or 5 dollar uber. Nice small pool. Good bar.

Shower head was a bit weird (week flow) and in my opinion there wasn't light enough. But thats really small think the place is great!

A haven of calm

The view from our room was incredible. We had a lot of space for our family and were all really comfortable. Staff were super friendly and we had such a fab time! Restaurant and bar were great and prices were good. This place felt like an oasis and is the opposite of all the big behemoth hotels in cancun. This felt much smaller and personal.
