Very good

Good visit. Good weather, comfortable room, and good staff made it a nice break from the cold.

All the food was very good. I liked the assortment of food available and the presentation. I liked that at the buffet you could always have something prepared by the cook hot. I liked the variety of health drinks and juices available. I thought the staff was excellent from the bell hops to the cleaning staff, bartenders, waiters, and all others. I thought the pools were fantastic. I thought the specialty restaurants were very good especially Olios and the Italian one whose name slips me at this time. Also the spa was one of the best I have seen and the masuese I had, Bettie, was fantastic!

The safety on the tile walk ways and steps were dangerous when wet after rain. The wooden steps and the ramps to the beach need a lot of work because of exposed screws and uneven surfaces, especially if you are not wearing any foot ware. I was on the second floor Room, 2218, and I was supposed to have a ocean view, but most of it was blocked by trees which had grown and blocked much of the view. I would suggest trimming them down some to give the second floor rooms a better view that they are paying more for. Also the prices in the on site shops shops were incredibly high. I needed a pair of sun glasses, but the selection was prices from 70 $US to $600.00. Ridiculous! Also the excursion to Isla Mueries was not worth the time or the money. The snorkeling was bad, the beach was overcrowded, and the town was mostly walking around with merchandise hawkers every 10 feet.

Enjoyed and liked the Hotel and staff very kind.

Didn't like spending 250.00 on Taxis did not know the transportation was that expensive and hotel that secluded. Unfortunately we will not stay their again.

Went for my daughters 18th birthday. She had a blast. Our butler surprised her balloons and confetti. It was nice

I liked that the property was not in the heart of town. Everything you need is in the location

The Restaurants were not great with the food. The Italian was certainly the worst. The food seemed like it was frozen and defrosted. Even pizza was not good.

The friendliness and service of the staff was superb. The rooms were nice and clean as well. We all overall enjoyed our stay

The food was very average. The restaurant Vora Mar was not good at all and I would not recommend.

Superb

I stayed mostly in the pool area and we ate at a different restaurant each night. Booking the excursion was super easy and the transportation with Amstar was amazing. I like that they remembered me by name.

The food was just OK. Agua Bendita Restaurant had the best food of all the restaurants. One of the elevators between the 2nd and 3rd bldg was out of order.
