not a good management.

i took a room for 2 nights but we stay on 2nd day, when we enter the room and the room was used by someone. the room was unlocked and very messy. i took room number 426 and another guest took 4261. the 4261s guest wrongly stay in our room because the both rooms are same keys. when we come the room was in cleaning list and the guest checked out ready. then they give a new room that also cant lock from inside. i feel like not safe at all.

The receptionist staff was rude.. emotional (male, malay) The water to slow for bidet No tissue Incorrect direction - on the receipt wrote 2061 but on the direction wrote 208-1 wth suppose wrote also the dash Really confusing when searching the room The amount on the app is not inc tax ya

For 1 night its bearable and pleasant stay. Hoping for more hygiene for the sheets and others.

The location was strategic, alot of farmacies nearby with 24h clinic, lotus, guardian,watson,711, cu mart, mamak and so on. the entrace to the room abit separated from the receptionist so no need to face them everytime go in out. theres a dobby in front of the receptionist so good facilities. Also got 4 towel so great.

Even though its two double bed room, its still quiet small. Fortunately I booked with window so its well ventilated. A bit crowded for a 6 adult with 1 kids 2yo, but its bearable for family. My mom noticed some like a blood stain on the bed sheet so we a bit shook by that, so hygiene is not there. We just cover it with the towel we got as I too lazy to ask the receptionist for one night only. There was only 1 main light for the room so its not covered total area of the room.
