No internet, TV and intercom facilities in rooms. No hot water on first day. Food service is very slow.

Some ponts to highlight. 1. Far far away from city and you wount get anything around.

"Dont stay here". Campus and the rooms are specious. But I wount recomend anyone to stay here. Hotel location is in Pawapuri which is 28 KM (around an hour drive) from main city Rajgir. hotel has accute shortage of staff and thereby services are always deficient. Dont stay here.

Pathatic services and maintainence because of almost non exixstance staff. I paid for the breakfast included stay with my family, when finished breakfast they charged for entire meal giving me a 40% discount as breakfast included in the package. Its not maintained as hotel per se but an oppertunity to take whatever comes their way. "Dont stay here"

Hotel with friendly staff.

Very hospitable and cheerful staff. One thing that you will remember the hotel by will be the staff members, from reception to restaurant. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

The room was adequately furnished but still felt basic. Hot water availability was not 24 hours but was at intervals.
