Staffing pleasantries & good selection for breakfast, especially croissants & undiluted juices. I would stay again. The apartment size refrigerator was big enough this time & working. There was plenty of parking spaces during this hotel stay. Easy regulation of thermostat. Keyless door entrance. Wish I could remember staffing by name for special recognition. Extra blanket was provided. The bathtub shower area had a grab bar.

Bathroom room toilet was too low. Tv volume couldn't go up higher than 30. Lighting in room not very bright, but I understand why, because no ovehead lighting. Wish hotel had direct phone number on internet, instead of going via outside websites. Wish refrigerator was bigger. No information on Gaylord Opryland activities. No shutters to downtown areas. No plastic utensils in room but, I was able to get some downstairs.
